Happy Advertising S.R.L. is a Romanian legal entity with an office in Voluntari, Bd. Pipera nr. 1-8A, My Place, Ilfov County, unique registration code RO25420484, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2009004732405 (“the Company” or “we”). For the purposes of personal data protection legislation, we are the “data controller” with respect to the personal data provided and processed through the website https://www.happyadv.ro (“the Site”).
As a personal data controller, the Company collects and processes the data of persons interested in the services offered by Happy Advertising and in purchasing them, who provide their personal data on the Site or by e-mail at office@happyadv.ro.
This Privacy Policy sets out what happens to the personal data that the data subject provides to us through interaction with the Site or by e-mail at office@happyadv.ro.

1. What categories of personal data do we collect about you?
1.1 The personal data that the Company collects about you through the Site are the following: last name, first name, email.

2.1 The data are obtained as follows:

3. The legal basis for processing your personal data
3.1 The Company processes the Data Subjects' Data in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with the Company.
4. The purpose of processing your personal data
4.1 The data are used for the following purposes:
to send you notifications;
to be able to contact you in order to set up a meeting;
to ask you for additional details where applicable;
to share additional information about Happy Advertising with you.
4.2 The personal data collected are subject to the following categories of processing activities: collection, storage, consultation, analysis and modification.

6. Transfer of personal data to third countries
6.1 The personal data collected may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area when they are stored in the cloud with our suppliers, one of which is located in the United States of America. In this case, before actually transferring your personal data, we have made sure that an adequate personal data protection framework is in place, in particular our supplier's EU-US Privacy Shield certification.
7. How long do we keep your personal data?
7.1 As a general rule, we keep your personal data for as long as necessary, as follows:
for the duration of the negotiation process leading to the signing of a commercial contract;
to comply with the law;
in the context of court proceedings or an investigation in which the Company is involved.
7.2 After the period mentioned in article 7.1 above expires, we will keep the Personal Data for a period of three (3) years.
8. What level of security do we provide for your personal data?
8.1 The Company uses a wide range of security measures and technologies to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or destruction, in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
8.2 For example, when we disclose your personal data to external suppliers under article 5 above, we enter into a written agreement that obliges the suppliers to keep your information confidential and to put in place appropriate security measures to keep your information safe.
9. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data
9.1 You have the right:
to request information from the Company about the processing of your personal data, including to receive a copy of your personal data;
to request the rectification and/or erasure of your personal data;
to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing;
to request to receive, or to have transmitted to another organization, in a machine-readable format, the personal data you have provided to the Company;
to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), headquartered at B-dul G-ral. 10. What happens if you do not want to provide us with your personal data?
10.1 If you choose not to provide us with your personal data or you object to our processing of your personal data, we will respect this choice in accordance with our legal obligations. This means, however, that we cannot take the actions needed to achieve the processing purposes described above in the section “The purpose of processing your personal data”, offered through interaction with the Site.
10.2 The Company may be required, or may be entitled, to retain your data in order to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations and to protect or exercise its own legal rights and interests.
